New HLEC Church Structure Approved
The membership of High Level Evangelical Church has approved a new leadership structure for our church that would essentially see the existing Elders' Board and Deacons' Board replaced with a single Board. The members of this new Board will be voted on by the membership at a future date through HLEC's usual nomination and voting process for church elections.

The first document is an overview of the church structure change and the reasons why it was jointly recommended to the membership by Pastor Don, the Elders' Board and the Deacons' Board.
The next two documents are a draft handbook for the proposed new Board as well as draft job descriptions for both the Lead Pastor and the members of the new single Board.
Finally, there is a summary of the feedback received during the listening meetings held with the church membership regarding the approved structure change.
